Brandi Carlson, LPN, (center) was recognized as Employee of the Month for November at Regency Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jefferson. She is pictured with administrator Randy Downey (left) and director of nursing Beverly Mentzer (right).
Carlson earned her practical nursing license from Iowa Central Community College and has been a nurse at Regency Park for four years. She said she loves working at Regency Park because of the daily interaction she has with residents and her co-workers. She enjoys getting to know them and feels like they are all a part of her family.
She lives in Gowrie with her 3-1/2-year-old son. In her free time she likes to spend time with her son and shop.
“Regency Park is proud to have Brandi Carlson as a part of our team,” a spokesperson said.
